Our current licensing schemes mostly cater for two broad groups:
Firstly, large companies and multinational corporations (on corporate or regional level), who would wish to extend implementation of our innovation delivery expertise across multiple business units; or for use of our methods ‘in-house’, independent of our direct supervision (but supported), and over extended periods of time.
Secondly, practitioners in training and consulting, for whom our innovation methods and resources can be integrated with their client services, once trained and certified as licensed partners.
A licensing partnership involves a comprehensive training in the chosen method(s), plus provision of all related guides and materials. Additionally, we specify an annual recertification routine, to maintain quality.
We are open to explore possible partnerships with executive coaches, training companies, consulting companies and large companies or corporations. Naturally, we prefer trusted licensed partners to share our passion and values related to innovation, so we are somewhat selective. But, we are especially interested in any that can extend our innovation expertise into markets we do not currently have a presence in.
